How to Request a Refund

Send an email to kathryn@creatingyourplan.com with your name and the email address used at purchase. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Subscription Products

If you purchase a subscription or recurring product, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future charges but does not retroactively refund previous billing periods. If you have questions about a subscription charge, email kathryn@creatingyourplan.com.
