Product: The Build: Find, Prove, Close

Provider: Creating Your Plan / Kathryn H Brown

By purchasing The Build: Find, Prove, Close, you agree to the following terms:

1. License Grant

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use The Build materials for implementation in your own business only.

This license permits you to:

› Download and use all skill files, supporting documents, and session recordings for your own business operations

› Use the frameworks, prompts, and systems within your own practice

› Reference the materials as often as needed for your personal business use

2. Restrictions

You may NOT:

› Resell, redistribute, or share the skill files, recordings, or supporting materials with anyone else

› Use these materials to deliver services to clients or other businesses

› Copy, reproduce, or create derivative works based on these materials for commercial distribution

› Claim these systems, frameworks, or materials as your own intellectual property

› Share Zoom session links or recordings with non-purchasers

3. Commercial Use & Licensing

If you wish to use The Build materials to:

› Deliver services to clients

› Teach or train others using these systems

› Incorporate these frameworks into your own service offerings

You must obtain a separate licensing agreement. Contact kathryn@creatingyourplan.com to discuss licensing options.

4. Intellectual Property

All content within The Build: Find, Prove, Close — including but not limited to skill files, frameworks, prompts, session recordings, and supporting documentation — is the intellectual property of Creating Your Plan and Kathryn H Brown and is protected by copyright law.

5. No Guarantees

The Build is a live instructional event. Your results will vary and depend on many factors, including but not limited to your background, experience, client base, and how you apply what you learn. Creating Your Plan and Kathryn H Brown make no guarantees regarding specific business results, revenue, or outcomes.

6. Refund Policy

Attend Session 1 and complete the work. If you have not identified at least one growth opportunity in your practice by the end of that session, email kathryn@creatingyourplan.com within 48 hours of Session 1 for a full refund.

Refund requests made after 48 hours following Session 1, or from participants who did not attend Session 1, will not be honored.

7. Session Access

Zoom links for live sessions are for registered participants only. Do not share session links or allow others to attend using your registration. Recordings of live sessions will be made available to registered participants only.

8. Limitation of Liability

Creating Your Plan and Kathryn H Brown shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use The Build materials.

9. Updates and Changes

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any portion of The Build at any time. We may also update these Terms of Use and will notify users of significant changes.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Creating Your Plan operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
